मुंबई : भारती समूहाने संयुक्त भागीदार एएक्सए यांच्यासह भारती एएक्सए लाइफ इन्शुरन्समधील 49 टक्के इतका वाटा हस्तगत करणार असल्याचे समजते. यानंतर जीवन विमा व्यवसायाचा संपूर्ण 100 टक्के ताबा हा व्यवहारानंतर भारती लाइफ वेंचर्सकडे राहणार आहे. सध्याला फ्रान्समधील एएक्सए यांचा वाटा भारती यांच्यासोबत कंपनीत 49 टक्के इतका आहे. यासंबंधीचा व्यवहार हा डिसेंबर 2023 पर्यंत पूर्ण होईल असे कंपनीने नियामकाकडे म्हटले आहे.
