नवी दिल्ली : चालू आर्थिक वर्षाच्या दुसऱया तिमाहीअखेर गॅस वितरण करणाऱया गेल इंडिया लिमिटेडला तोटा सहन करावा लागला आहे. कंपनीचा एकत्रित निव्वळ नफा 8.5 टक्क्मयांनी घटून 1068.16 कोटी रुपयांवर आला आहे. साधारण एक वर्षापूर्वी याच कालावधीत कंपनीने 1167 कोटी रुपयांचा निव्वळ नफा कमावला होता. गेलचा एकूण व्यवसाय 23 टक्क्यांनी घटून 80 कोटी रुपयांवर आला आहे. यादरम्यान गॅसच्या किमती कमी राहिल्याने कंपनीला अपेक्षित व्यवसाय करता आलेला नाही.
